Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 3 business days of your in-person order date or your order arrival date if you have any problems with your order. Your order arrival date is the USPS provided delivery date from Delivery Confirmation. This policy is in place to ensure timely resolution to any issues.

Items that have been approved, via email or Etsy conversation, to be returned to us due to an issue with your order, must be

  • in its original condition

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Please be sure use good judgment when using scissors or sharp instruments to open a package containing apparel or fragile items. Items that incur damage during the opening of package after delivery are not the responsibility of the seller.

Apparel listings contain measurements from the apparel manufacture; we recommend that you compare the apparel manufacture measurements to an item of clothing you already own to get best fit possible.

Please ask any fit or sizing questions before you place your order. We are happy to help and will do what we can to answer your questions, just send us an email or Etsy conversation.

 

Shipping/Delivery

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Our standard processing time, for items that are not listed as made-to-order, is 3-5 days from your order date. Orders may not be shipped out the same day that they are placed. For specific production details/time, see individual items listed “ready to ship in” days.

We are unable to guarantee that your order will reach you by a specific date due to any unforeseen USPS delays. Orders may not be shipped out the same day that they are placed. We will do everything that we can to insure prompt production, packaging and shipping; most in stock items, will ship the next business day. Our standard processing time, for items that are not listed as made-to-order, is 3-5 days from your order date. Please be sure to select the shipping method that best meets your delivery needs at checkout; USPS First Class mail typically takes between 3-5 days, once marked as shipped, and USPS Priority Mail has an expected delivery of 1-3 days, depending on location.

Shipping cost is based on your item(s) weight and your location and include a $1 handling fee; this handling fee covers the cost of packaging materials that help your items arrive safely to you. For environmental responsibility we will reuse packaging and shipping materials whenever possible. We use USPS to send your item(s) to you and the rate you are quoted at checkout is the same the USPS website would calculate with our $1 handling fee.

Please verify the destination address is correct at time of checkout. Once a package has been marked as shipped, there is no way for us to change the destination address; the postage for your item has been purchased and your package on its way to the Post Office. If an incorrect address has been used and your order has been marked as shipped, our recommendation is for you to contact your local Post Office or go to their website to request a package interception. If the address is not deliverable, the package will be returned to us. If your package has been returned to us, we will notify you via Etsy conversation or email; a custom listing/invoice can be created for purchase of new postage. If you decide that you would not like the package resent to you, we are able to refund the cost of your item, however, shipping will not be refunded. Once a package has shipped the postage has been paid for and we cannot refund these costs.

 

Damage/Repair

We take pride in our handmade items and want you to feel confident that you will be receiving a quality product. Each item is created and packaged with special attention, love and care. In the case that you ordered online and received damaged items within your shipment, you have 3 business days from your order arrival date for purchases to contact us regarding repair/replacement of items damaged while in transit to you; your order arrival date is the USPS provided delivery date from Delivery Confirmation. This policy is in place to ensure timely resolution to any issues.

In the event of damage past the 3 business days from receipt of your order arrival date, please send us an email for a return inquiry and/or a repair estimate.

Upon receipt of the damaged item, we inspect the item upon receipt to determine if the item damage was due to workmanship/error on our part or due to misuse.

  • If it is determined that damage was due to workmanship/an our error on our part, we will happily repair your item or arrange for an exchange (in the form of a shop credit of the original purchase price).

  • If it is determined that damage was due to misuse, we will happily provide an estimate of repair costs or return your item to you in the same condition in which it arrived to us; if we are to return your item, the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.
